Who we visit

Built around the funding you already have

Whether care is funded through the NDIS, a home care package, DVA, private health extras or paid privately, we explain what is covered before the first visit, not after.

Why Head2Toe Home

A home-visit service with a clinic behind it

Three clinics nearby

Your clinician comes from Moonee Ponds, Brunswick or Kew East, so they know the area and are never far away.

Physio and podiatry together

Feet, balance and mobility are connected. Having both professions in one team means they are treated that way.

Families welcome

We are used to working with the son, daughter or carer who arranges the visit, and we keep them informed.

Questions people ask first

Which suburbs do you visit?

We visit homes across Melbourne's north and inner east, around our clinics in Moonee Ponds, Brunswick and Kew East. See the full list on our suburbs page, and ask if yours is not there yet.

Do I need a referral or a care plan?

No. Private visits can be booked directly. A referral or plan is only needed when a funding scheme asks for one, and we will tell you if that applies.

Can I arrange a visit for my parent?

Yes. Many enquiries come from adult children and carers. We will talk with you about what is needed and keep you informed, with your parent's agreement.

Why is there no online booking?

Home visits are matched to the right clinician, the right suburb and the right funding before they are booked. A short enquiry and a phone call does that better than a calendar.
